This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Neuro Edge LLC, doing business as QNE Labs (“QNE Labs,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us. You can reach us at quantumneuroedgellc@outlook.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you email us or submit our inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to share: your full name, business email address, company, area of interest, your message, whether you would like a discovery call and any availability you provide, and your acknowledgment that we may contact you. Please do not include credentials, confidential security details or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Website usage information. Our website is designed to use privacy-focused analytics that measure aggregate usage, such as page views, without advertising trackers or nonessential cookies.

Technical information. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and request details to deliver and secure the site. Our inquiry form uses a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting; these counters expire automatically within 24 hours, and the address itself is not stored by the form.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and arrange security assessments, demonstrations or discovery calls you request.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the website.
• To detect and prevent spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use website inquiries for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf to run the website and handle communications. They may access personal information only as needed to provide their services to us.

• Email: Our business email, quantumneuroedgellc@outlook.com, is provided by Microsoft through its Outlook.com service. Messages you send to us are processed and stored by Microsoft.
• Website hosting and form processing: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), which hosts the website and runs the inquiry form’s server-side checks.
• Inquiry storage and notification: inquiries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and deleted automatically 24 months after receipt. A copy is sent by email, through Cloudflare Email Routing, to our business mailbox, which is provided by Microsoft (Outlook.com). REVIEW: confirm this matches the live configuration, including any alternative email service used
• Spam protection: the site’s own checks (a hidden field, timing and rate limits), run on Cloudflare. REVIEW: if Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, name it and disclose any cookie it sets
• Analytics: REVIEW: name provider once verified

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety and security of QNE Labs and others.

5. How we protect inquiry information

Inquiry form submissions are sent over encrypted connections, validated on our server, checked for spam and rate-limited before they are delivered to us. We limit access to inquiry information to people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep general website inquiry information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, after which we delete or anonymize it. We may keep information longer where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business requirements such as an ongoing business relationship.

7. Your choices and rights
