These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QNE Labs website (the “Website”), operated by Quantum Neuro Edge LLC (“QNE Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These terms apply only to the Website. They do not govern any paid enterprise services, security assessments, software subscriptions or other products, which will be provided only under separate written agreements.

2. Product and technology information

The Website describes technologies in research, prototype or validation stages, including Kavrent (a working name pending trademark clearance), ARIA, MedSynapse, Revenue Intelligence and Connector as a Service. Descriptions, diagrams and demonstrations are general information only. They are not an offer, a commitment to deliver any feature or capability, or a statement that any product is production-certified or commercially available. Demonstration interfaces and sample data are illustrative and are not live security telemetry.

3. No professional advice

Website content, including the AI Agent Security Checklist, is general information. It is not security, legal, compliance or other professional advice, and it is not a certification or audit standard.

4. Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party. Please do not send confidential security details, credentials or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiry information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes attempting unauthorized access, probing, scanning or testing the security of the Website or related systems without our prior written permission, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, submitting spam or automated inquiries, or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Quantum Neuro Edge LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names identified as working names may change. You may not copy, modify or distribute Website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Neuro Edge LLC and its members, officers and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

This section applies only to use of the Website. It does not apply to any paid enterprise services, security assessments, software subscriptions or other products, which will be governed by their own separate agreements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

REVIEW: The $100 cap and its exclusions are proposed and subject to legal review, including enforceability in the governing jurisdiction.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of REVIEW: state, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

REVIEW: Confirm the state of formation of Quantum Neuro Edge LLC, then have counsel set governing law and venue. A mailing address is not evidence of the state of formation.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you keep using the Website after that, you accept the revised terms.
